Experience. : 1 to 7 years

Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc

Job Responsibilities:

ʉۢ Inprocess checks of intermediate products, finished products as per the respective approved specification and STP and record all test results.

• Documentation work of Quality Control.

• To maintain calibration records of all the instruments in QC lab

• Preparation of SOPs, Protocols as per regulatory norms.

• Maintaining and handling the records of QC Logbooks, and other necessary key documents in the QC.

• To prepare reagents and volumetric solution and standardize it.

• Preparation and reporting of working standards and their worksheets.

• Responsible to work with the team to achieve the set targets with maintaining quality as well as cGMP.

• Sampling, Analysis and Release of raw materials as per the respective approved specification and STP and record all test results

OPERATION & CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTS: 

• HPLC

• UV- Spectrophotometer

• Dissolution Apparatus

• FTIR

• KF

• Potentiometer etc.
