Job Summary: PPMC Executive will process the Sales order thru Production, He will be planning people and give monthly production schedule to Production Head and make sure Inventories are adequate to service the market. He Will also make sure that RM and PM are purchased on time, tested and approved for Production to happen
Key Responsibility:
� Follow up with new products artwork as per domestic/export requirement.
� Expertise in PPIC for pharmaceutical products.� Follow up with procurement for shortage RM/PM as per production planning as well as production department for full fill marketing requirement.� Producing reports and statistic using computer software.� Aware to production department for new production planning MFG activity.� Update day to day PPMC activity to management and concern department.� Generate monthly Production plan at a glance and week wise production plan.� RM/PM Import Materials Follow up third party Indent Ethical Products.� Monitoring Export order dates and co-ordinate with tablet/capsule dept, packing, IPQA and BSR availability of Product.� Planning the batches for manufacturing and packing on day to day basis to meet the Marketing priorities.� Planning and identifying well in advance for forecast given by the Marketing Department.� Arranging the materials delivery in time as per the production schedule based on the marketing priorities with co – ordination with Purchase Department.� Coordinating with QA/QC to get the materials cleared as per the packing priorities.� Intimate the dispatch date to the marketing department of pending orders (after reviewing the materials position and production schedule).� Coordinating with Contract Manufacturing Department for Loan License and third parties about their priorities of product requirements and scheduling the production accordingly.� Planning the change if it is required and executing the change till the dispatch.� Prepare the purchase indent of pre printed packing materials.
