Job Description	Ensure the plant and its machineries are in state of qualification.  Ensure the products are delivered to customers as per desired quality and delivered on time. Ensure the talents are available to operate the plant to its desired capacity. Ensure the talents are trained adequately to operate the plant. Ensure the processes are adequately supervised. Review the Quality Manual/ VMP/ SOPs/ Master Batch Records. Ensure the annual products reports are adequately reviewed and appropriately commented. Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and statutory requirements Ensure the change controls are initiated and executed as per requirement.  Ensure the availability of material on time. Ensure the deviations are investigated adequately and action taken appropriately. Review the protocols and its reports adequately. Ensure the necessary in process checks are in place to ensure quality of products. Ensure QA is adequately supported in investigating market complaints. Ensure the CAPAs are implemented within stipulated time frame and its effectiveness are monitored. To maintain the overall cGMP of the production area. Ensure the plants safety standards are in followed. Ensure the production expenses are within approved operating budget. To coordinate with other functions for execution of exhibit batches. To coordinate with other functions for site transfer activities.
Desired Profile	B.Pharm / M. Pharma with 12 to 15 years hands-on experience in Injectable Formulation Prodution Exposure: Parenteral manufacturing with process equipments like Vials/PFS/Cartridge, lyophilisation. Working with automation like MES, BMS, EMS, PMS,etc. Exposure: working in regulatory environment.
