Job Opportunities

It  is  not obligatory  on the part of the Dawakhana Tibbiya College, AMU, Aligarh to call for interview  every candidate   who   possesses  the  essential  qualifications   and   no representation in this regard will be entertained from any candidate. The incumbents on the posts shall be employee of Dawakhana Tibbiya College and not of Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

Dawakhana Tibbiya College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh invites applications from eligible candidates for the appointment on the following posts: 

1. General Manager: One Post

Tenure Post for a Maximum Period of 5 Years or till the age of 65 Years whichever is earlier.

Pay:    Consolidated Pay of Rs. 1, 00000/- (One Lac) per month.

Age:    Not more than 55 years on the last date of application. 

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Masters Degree in Management/Commerce/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 50 Percent marks from a recognized University or Institute having at least 10 years experience in the  managerial capacity from a similar manufacturing Industry of repute.

                                                   OR 

M.D. (Unani) in Ilmul Advia/ Moalijat/ Saidla with a minimum 50 Percent marks from a recognized University or Institute having at least 12 years experience in managerial capacity from reputed Unani medicine manufacturing company.

Desirable:

1. Good communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)
2. Working Knowledge of English, Hindi & Urdu.
3. Computer Literacy with requisite expertise in MS office, Excel and Power Point.

Note: The incumbent on the post shall be the employee of Dawakhana Tibbiya College and not of the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

2. AGM (Production, Research & Development): One Post.

Maximum length of the service shall be till the age of 60 years.

Pay: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 80,000 /- (Eighty Thousands) per month

Age:   Not more than 52 years on the last date of the application.

Essential Qualifications and Experience: 

M.D. (Moalijat/Ilmul Advia)/M. Pharma in the same discipline from a recognized University

or Institute with 08 years Administrative/Managerial experience in a Unani Medical College/Unani Pharmacy.

Desirable:

1. Good communication skills in English.
2. Working Knowledge of English, Hindi & Urdu.
3.  M.B.A. (Human Resource/Production).
4. Computer Literacy with requisite expertise in MS office, Excel and Power Point.

Note:

1. For the post of AGM (Production, Research & Development), preference may be given to the person having experience in Unani Pharmacy/ experience of Research on the product of Dawakhana Tibbiya College.

2. The incumbent on the post shall be the employee of the Dawakhana Tibbiya College and not of the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

3. AGM (Business & Marketing): One Post

Maximum length of the service shall be till the age of 60 years.

Pay: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 80,000 /- (Eighty Thousands) per month

Age:   Not more than 52 years on the last date of the application.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Masters Degree in Management/Commerce recognized by U.G.C. with specialization in Marketing having 08 years experience in the managerial/administrative capacity in similar Manufacturing Industry of repute.

Desirable:

1. Good communication skills in English (Written and Verbal).
2. Working Knowledge of English, Hindi & Urdu
3. Computer Literacy with requisite expertise in MS office, Excel and Power Point. 

Note: The incumbent on the post shall be the employee of  Dawakhana Tibbiya College and not of the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

4. Trainees (Production): Three Posts  

Duration: One Year 

Stipend: Rs. 15,050 /- (Fifteen Thousand Fifty) per month

Age:   Not more than 35 years on the last date of the application.

 Essential Qualifications and Experience: 

B.U.M.S.  Degree from a recognized University or Institute.

Desirable:

1. Good communication skills in English
2. Working Knowledge of English, Hindi & Urdu
3. Computer Literacy with requisite expertise in MS office, Excel and Power Point.

Note:

1. The engagement of the Production Trainee will be temporary however, after successful completion of one year trainee, candidates may be absorbed in the main stream as Production Supervisors in the Dawakhana Tibbiya College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, subject to the satisfactory performance.

2. The appointment of such appointees shall be on fixed remuneration.

3. The maximum limit of service of such appointees shall be till the age of 60 years.

4. Such appointees shall be the employee of Dawakhana Tibbiya College and not of the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

Note:

1. Applications received incomplete or late shall summarily be rejected.
2. Only the eligible candidates will be called to appear before the Selection committee.
3. Selection of G.M. & A.G.M.s will be made through two stages comprising of written paper for communication skills in English and interview by a GSC.

IMPORTANT  NOTE: Applications  received  late  or  without photo copies of necessary supporting documents, Degree/Certificates/  Mark sheets   and   experience  certificate not attested by the  Head  of  the Department/Institution/Gazetted Officer  or not  accompanied by full prescribed fee shall be rejected summarily. The eligibility of candidates will be determined as  on  the  last date of submission of Employment Forms.
