Job Location: Bharuch, Gujarat

Job Description.

Experience of Formulation Manufacturing plant - Tablet & Capsule.
Short out Problems affecting Productivity. 
To fill & update BMR other Documents of Production.
Ensure compliance of SOPs & cGMP.
To provide the on job training to the workers as per the SOP.
Maintain training records of workers & operators.
Proper handling of manpower.
To check in process during Granulation Compression coating & Encapsulation.
To maintain on line documentation in process areas. 
To carry out the calibration of equipments as per the schedule & maintain the record.
To maintain daily temperature & humidity record.
Daily updating of Manufacturing by using SAP system.
Actively involved in participation of WHO & Party audits.
To enter data record in SAP.
Implement the functional system. 
Sampling & Releases requirement in co-ordination with quality control.
OQ & PQ of Capsule Filling Machine.
