1)QMS Engineers :
Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all aspects of investigations including interviews, write-ups, root cause determination and CAPA effectiveness.
Responsible for documenting investigation details using the Apotex Quality Reporting System (AQRS). Ensures that the documented investigation forms a coherent, technically competent narrative, with Observations, Impact, Root Cause, Conclusion and CAPA, as required.
Responsible for tracking, summarizing and documenting AQRS metrics.

Job Requirements:
A Engineering Graduate with 5+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, a minimum of 3 years within a technical QMS/ Validation role.
Demonstrated experience in co-ordinating qualification exercises, within a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Leads day to day execution of investigations and entry of data into Apotex AQRS database along with CAPAs.
Assist in completion of QMS change controls.
Creates and reports metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program.
Liaises with other functional groups including Reliability Project Leaders to support and promote continuous improvements. Leads and facilitates meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather and document relevant information.
Is aware of the impact of open investigations and must escalate investigations affecting the business. 
Performs all work in full compliance with regulatory standards including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Safe Work Practices (SWPs), and established Apotex Inc. policies and procedures.
Develops and executes plans to enable the Engineering group to meet the long-term compliance goals, business goals and objectives of the company. Leads all compliance-driven projects. 
Conducts impact analysis of proposed corrective & preventative actions. Discusses findings with impacted departments (QA, RA, Validation, Production, etc) and prepares recommendations for Department Managers.
Represents the Engineering department as a key contact for investigations. 
Liaises at an intermediate and senior level across the organization to keep internal Clients up-to-date on the status of current and ongoing projects and investigation/AQRS changes impacting their area.
Develops and recommends Standard Operating Procedures to optimize department practices related to investigation development and closure.
Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes. And troubleshooting of qualification issues. Suggests remedial and corrective actions, as required.
Coordinates the activities for investigating out of trend/specification of qualification data where appropriate. Ensures that all activities are completed in a timely manner
Maintained in a qualified state of control. Provides regular updates to the department Manager and or supervisor(s).
Maintains and monitors the qualification strategies through the Validation Master Plan, to ensure that compliance and business needs are achieved. Ensures that these strategies are implemented.
Assists in Quality Investigations which may include but not limited to incidents, deviations and out-of-specification results.
Ensures that all work is performed in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Documents/procedures, established safety standards and regulatory requirements.

2)SAP and Documentation Engineer :
Job Summary:
Co-ordinates all SAP Plant Maintenance module related processes to ensure efficient and reliable operations, corporate SAP Plant Maintenance program standards are maintained and that all regulatory requirements are met. Oversees and acts as the PM module lead user / master data administrator & back up SAP PM trainer. Provide related training sessions and continued support to employees required to function within SAP PM. Oversees and acts as the Master Data Maintainer (MDM) for the activities within the Engineering department. This role provides support for the department Manager, PM Consultant and Project Leaders.

As the lead user of the SAP Plant Maintenance module for the Engineering Services department you will administer the ongoing management of computerized maintenance management program for all maintenance and repair operations. As the Lead User you will:
Be the key liaison between the functional area and SAP PM.
Be the first line of support for SAP system and process issues:
Identify and resolve issues
Understand and follow process for escalating issues to role owners and IS.
Assist in the implementation of process and system changes.
Work with role owner to identify required changes
Review suggested changes and provide feedback to role owner
Execute validation test cases.
Update process documentation.
Assist role owner in training staff on business processes and SAP functionality specific to functional area and maintaining training materials.

As the Master data maintainer for the Engineering Services department you will:
As the system owner for SAP PM you have critical involvement in the Change Control processes. You will review all QMS CCRs for Equipment Facilities Change Control 
Assist Project Teams with Equipment Numbering System and support Project Managers with on-going equipment numbering issues to ensure a complete and accurate Equipment list is developed throughout the project.
Coordinate the creation and modification of accurate master data records (equipment, BOMs, counters, measurement points, maintenance tasks and maintenance plans), always focusing on the best approach philosophy and identifying site harmonization areas that need improvement. Ensure proper change control processes are followed and data is consistent with departmental and company standards. 
Provide recommendations to coordinators and supervisors with SAP PM Maintenance tracking codes (object parts, damage, and cause). These technical data codes for all equipment types assist with standardizing maintenance documentation for the purpose of equipment history tracking and trending analysis.
Assist in compiling and formatting equipment data template to be loaded into SAP PM during special projects.
Review requests for new master data and ensure that all required information is available and correct. Incorporate approved changes to existing Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Standard Documents and ensure SAP PM related master data is up-to-date. 
Complete SAP PM related tasks on QMS CCRs for Equipment Facilities Change Control 
Ensure all CMMS activities are in full S.O.P. and G.M.P. compliance.
Make recommendations to efficiently manage all facility operations / maintenance related documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Interface with the Engineering Services Help Desk and the SAP PM process
Support departmental project initiatives and maintain metrics
Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.

3)Autocad and Documentation Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for establishing and managing the scope, design drawings, schedule, Purchase requests, Purchase orders and start-up of various Capital Projects focusing on material handling and documentation for Apotex, ensuring that all company regulations and procedures are followed and that all work is done in a safe, timely and cost effective manner. 

Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in any type of in construction or Healthcare industries
A Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technologist program (or equivalent field experience) 
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, CMMS material handling and documentation is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
Fluent in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD


Job Responsibilities:
Prepare the Project proposals, detailed drawings and specifications for assigned projects using AutoCAD and Apotex Standards.
Prepare technical drawings and plans for building and manufacturing by using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD or CADD) software programs
Should coordinate with builders to establish requirements and understand design concepts. When deficiencies occur, CAD engineer revise designs to eliminate problems.
Should be able to visually communicate concepts, draw well and be very detailed
Should have knowledge on developing 2D or 3 D drawings
Managing project stage documentation during construction phase
Prepare & track the project inventories as per the requirement of schedules
Ensuring the online documentation during project execution & archival of all project related documents as per the procedure
Co-ordinate the activities of outside consultants and contractors in the execution of design and construction work 
Ensure that all necessary permits as required by the current codes are obtained and that any necessary inspections are scheduled.
Ensure that all work is performed in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and established safety standards.
Periodic inspection of construction sites.

4) Calibration /Instrumentation Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for the supervision of Calibration activities and execution of assigned facility recalibration. Responsible for the training of third party calibration staff and in a leadership role for the development of department staff.

Job Requirements:
University degree in science or engineering related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience employed in Instrument calibrations based environment
Proven organisation and time management skills, as demonstrated through previous experience.
Excellent knowledge and familiarity with the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment as well as regulatory requirements for good documentation practices and cGMP.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required for this position due to the regular interaction between departments as well as with suppliers and contacts outside the company. Knowledge of Excel, Word, other Microsoft office programs, and laboratory software packages, where appropriate.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all work is performed in full compliance with cGMP regulations, SOPs, established safety standards and regulatory requirements.

As a member of the Calibration Group, explores and proposes opportunities for automation and other technology applications within the ARPL.
Manages inventory of calibration standards, and consignment and spare parts to meet overall demands for all laboratories.
Monitor the purchase order request for parts and repairs and concur the payment.
Initiates new and maintains existing specifications, departmental SOPs and technical manuals and participate in the writing and reviewing of these documents for the Calibration Group.
Provide assistance to staff with technical support/troubleshooting of instruments failed calibration.
Contacts vendor / manufacturer for service contracts when required.
Evaluates and recommends revisions to calibration procedures on an ongoing basis and coordinates special projects to improve department operations and regulatory requirements.
Effectively communicates any delays, issues and problems due to instrumentation to appropriate managers/supervisors. Ensures scheduled work for calibration and service of lab instrumentation are followed and completed in a timely fashion.
Effectively manage the calibration schedule using the SAP PM Module as required.
Manage and archive the documents

5)Team leader -Supply Relationship Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for establishing and managing the scope, budget, schedule, Vendor Liasoning and start-up of various Capital Projects, Equipment AMC and Leasehold Improvement Projects for Apotex., ensuring that all company regulations and procedures are followed and that all work is done in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Working with members of the Engineering Services Team, assemble the appropriate project team to execute each project through concept development, scope definition and estimating, design, and construction execution. An important part of this role is the understanding of the end user requirements through ongoing consultation with representatives of those customer groups.
2. To perform due diligence for new vendors, performance evaluation of contractors on regular basis and defining SLAs. Both technical & Legal aspects of agreement shall manage.
3. Use mechanical, electrical and/or process systems expertise to work with individual Vendors to ensure the appropriate commissioning, qualification and training plans with accompanying resources are in place to deliver efficient system start-up.
4. In cooperation with the other Apotex project & engineering team members, ensure that all systems are in place to ensure due diligence in design and construction procurement/execution and project cost and schedule controls. 
5. Ensure that all work is performed in full compliance with established Apotex . and regulatory standards including, but not limited to, Apotex safety policies and procedures, cGMP, building code and other requirements.
6. Lead the development and liaison with vendors of equipment to create and manage AMC contracts
7. Support as required the trouble-shooting and problem resolution of facility systems and operational equipment. 
8. Ensure all necessary permits, as required by the current codes, are obtained and that any necessary inspections are scheduled.
9. Assist the Engineering Management team in meeting corporate goals and objectives.
10. Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.
11. Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
12. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Utility Electrical Systems.

To manage the Engineering Civil CAPEX projects delivery including design. Responsible for handling multiple projects in Civil construction and Responsible for end to end management of building & site infrastructure services and construction projects across sites including upkeep of buildings services, improving so that it is fit for purpose and make it sustainable for future.
Responsible for forecasting, planning, monitoring the performance and closure of projects.
Responsible for multiple projects in Construction

Job Responsibilities:
1. Charting out the project objectives and plans and setting performance requirements.
2. Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms. 
3. Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants.
4. Oversee the project from start to finish. 
5. Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities. 
6. Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project 
7. Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule. 
8. Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.

17. A civil project Engineer is expected to communicate the task in the best possible manner. He is also supposed to explain the job expectations and deadlines well, so that there are no losses incurred due to miscommunication. An Engineers task is not only to communicate with his own team members, but will also involve working in coordination with other teams to achieve the goal.
18. It is part of the Engineer's duty to conduct follow-up meetings on a regular basis and ensure everybody is on track. Any slackness should be dealt with there and then, such that there is no delay in completion of the project. He is also expected to make project reports on a timely basis, thereby documenting the progress.
19. The project Engineer has to have the ability to foresee. He should be able to quickly gauge if the project is heading on track or not. 
20. Since the project Engineer is unlikely to handle only one project at a particular time, he or she should have the ability to multi-task. He should see to it that all the civil projects under his supervision are going on smoothly. 
21. Job profile of an Engineer also involves crisis management. In case of a hurdle or crisis, the project Engineer should be able to take lead and help resolve the issue, in the shortest time possible. If the problem is between the team members and the clients, he should be able to sort it amicably, such that the relationships are maintained and work is not affected.
