Experience required : 2-3 Years in cosmetic manufacturing (factory)

Educational qualification : Bsc/Msc ,b/pharma/ m-pharma

Job Description:

a)      Performs complete layout inspection by measuring dimensions, such as length, height, and weight, to ensure product meets specifications.

b)      Performs verification on Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing products.

c)      Visually compares work pieces against one another to assess/detect manufacturing variations in processes.

d)      Reports quality problems or findings to Quality Control Manager and follows up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place.

e)      Correcting those faults ensures a better finished product for prospective consumers.

f)       Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.\

g)      Completing day to day Online Production report.

h)      Inspection of Container loading once the Finished product is ready and prepare its report.

i)       Cross check the quantity as per container planning.
