We have urgent requirement of QA Manager/ Executive/Sr. Executive in our Organization, the exact details of the Job opening are as stated below:

DESIGNATION: Manager QA

QUALIFICATION: B. P harm /M. P harm

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 years

LOCATION: Factory (Located near Thol approx 35 Kms from Ahmedabad) (Transportation will be provided by company)

SALARY PACKAGE: Best In Industry

JOB PROFILE:
1. Planning and scheduling of all the works at Quality Assurance
2. To review standard operating procedures.
3. To review the Validation Master Plan, Site Master File, Quality Manual
4. Review of Batch Documents - Manufacturing and Packing Record, Specification and MOA (Method of Analysis).
5. Review Change control, Deviation Control, Incident reports, Non-conformances, Investigations, OOS (Out of Specification), CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) in consultation with QA Head
6. Coordination for Internal audits.
7. Preparation of Protocols and Master Plans.
8. Ensuring Self-inspections are being conducted as per the planned schedule
9. To review Qualification / Validation protocols & reports of equipment, system, process & cleaning validation and any other studies
10. To direct the Annual Product Review process
11. Handling of customer complaints and rejected / recalled materials
12. In process quality assurance of production and QC department.
13. To assist QA Head for technical and audit compliance
14. In absence of Head of Quality Assurance, He will be responsible to perform all the duty of Head of Quality Assurance

DESIGNATION: Executive/ Sr. Executive QA

QUALIFICATION: B. P harm /M. P harm

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 4 years

Job Profile:

1.Assisting Department Head for Quality Assurance related activities.
2.Preparation of Q.A. SOPs.
3.Preparation of validation Protocols and Master Plans.
4.Preparation of Validation report
5.To review Qualification / Validation protocols & reports of equipment, system, process & cleaning validation and any other studies
6.To perform self-inspection.
7.To perform in process quality assurance audit of production and QC department
8.To review standard operating procedures.
9.Review of Batch Documents - Manufacturing and Packing Record, Specification and MOA (Method of Analysis).
10.To assist QA Head for technical and audit compliance
