We are hiring for the position of Patient Care Counselor for a leading Healthcare Company Heydrabad.

Role Objective:
To counsel patients in doctor's clinic and enroll them in patient support program
Responsibilities:
* Screening of the Patients in the selected Doctor's clinic using a screening questionnaire
* Counselling patients and enrolling patients using a written consent form
* Briefing the patient on the benefits of the program (home drug delivery, home administration & care & signing of the consent form)
* Coordinating with the nurse & the customer care executives for home delivery & home care.
* To deal with customer registrations
* Organizing visits with the patient's requirements and liaising with logistics team members
* To ensure accurate data entry within IT systems
* Ensuring that the relevant benefits are executed as per the program scheme. Manage entire related coordination with external parties and Patients to ensure that the benefits have been received
* Patient follow-up as per program needs
* Carrying out the visits as assigned and being punctual

Qualifications:
Minimum: Any graduate in life sciences preferably B. Pharm

Experience Required:
* 0-4 years
* Experience in patient counselling will be an added advantage
Personal Skills & Qualities:
* An excellent ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
* An ability to use own initiative to deliver results.
* Excellent telecommunication skills, which help to present a strong professional image and generate an immediate personal credibility with customer

Location : Hyderabad

Salary offered : upto 25000 per month
