CRA's, Sr CRAs, CRCs, CTAs, Scientists, Clinical Data Leads (willing to shift to clinical records) are all invited.

1. Clinical Research Professionals - Candidates with 0 to 8 years of experience in clinical research field. Preferably candidates with site monitoring experience. (Job # 1517352)
2. Line Managers / Supervisors - looking for line managers / supervisors with minimum 6 years of experience, with clinical / healthcare domain background.

All roles require excellent communication skills and will involve working in shifts.

Clinical Roles: CRA, Sr CRA roles:

PURPOSE 
Apply clinical research expertise to provide project related assistance across complex and multiple project(s), sites and project teams. Lead teams functionally, where assigned, including awareness of scope of work, budget, and resources. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices, good clinical practices and applicable regulatory requirements and meets quality and timeline metrics. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
* Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and good clinical practice. 
* Provide monitoring visits and site management for a variety of protocols, sites and therapeutic areas. 
* Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues. 
* Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalate quality issues to Clinical Project Manager (CPM), Clinical Research Specialist (CRS) and/or line manager. 

Line Managers: Associate Managers or Assistant Managers

PURPOSE 
Manage a team of CTAs, Sr CTAs, and/or CRAs, Sr CRAs and/or CRSs working in support of clinical studies within a designated office, country or region. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
* Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters. 
* Participate in the selection and onboarding process for new CTAs/CRAs/CRSs by conducting candidate review and participating in the interviewing process. Conduct onboarding training for new staff in conjunction with Human Resources and Learning and Development training programs.
