1) Technology transfer from one site to another site 2) Designing of transfer protocol, submission & validation of bataches 3) Starified sampling and other sampling techniques 4) Ready for frequent visits to different manaufcturing sites of the company 5) Process Scale Up, process potimization & validation 6) Design of experiments , quality by design 7) Faced USFDA / EU Audits 8) Handled all these activities as per USFDA / EU and Scale Up Post Approval Changes guieline Skills Required Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise required. Strong communication and organization skills required candidate should have high level of interpersonal skills and integrity. should be solid team player.
