*Responsible for achievement of sales budget of own H.Q. monthly/yearly.

*Ensuring 100% coverage of listed customers as per decided frequency.

*Implementation of sales & Marketing strategies

*Seek help of seniors to convert difficult customers.

*Maintaining discipline

*-Strictly working as per works norms of the company

*Focus on weak area's of the assigned territory & improve it to achieve sales budget.

*Creating net work of franchisee & own CC to reach clients & excellent services.

*With the help of seniors help bridge the gap in budget & performance to earn incentives.

*Co-Ordination with logistics & operations.

*Ensure timely recovery of money & avoid bad debts

*Competitors & own strategy feed back to management.

*Co ordination with other team member to create good working atmosphere.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

Education Qualification: B.Sc or B.com or B.Pharm Graduates.

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience level - 0 - 3 years (Freshers are welcome)

Good Communication skills in English

Presentable

Comfortable to travel
