- Log in, Investigation and reporting of Market Complaints
-Responsible for the governance of the compliance level of plant according to cGMP.
- Responsible for Log-in, Review, Implementation and effectiveness of CAPA proposed in Product complaint
- Preparing and submitting responses towards the market complaint.
- Deviation, Failure Investigations, Internal and External Audit etc.
- SOP preparation and periodic revision
Requirements:
Qualification: M.pharm / M.Sc.
Years of Experience: 02 - 08 years
