Job Description :


Documentation Knowledge  - CCF / PM Scheduled
HMI / SCADA / PMI Knowledge
To suggest up gradation, appropriate automation & control wherever necessary in all formulation unit operations & operations
Qualification knowledge of equipments IQ / OQ / PQ
To provide technical support to resolve any critical market complains & other quality related issues  with respect to formulations & packing unit opeartions
To buin Equipment equivalency and data base at various levels in all formulations and packing unit operations
Process efficiency evaluation and ways to improve.
To assist in investigations of Deviations, OOS, OOT, etc., where ever required.
Knowledge of qualification documentation preparation, standard operation procedure, solid oral manufacturing & quality processes
Exposure / Knowledge of USFDA, ANVISA & EU will be added advantage
