Job Description	1. To prepare, Compile, review the Qualification, Re-qualification and Validation Protocols/reports for facility and equipments and Co-ordination of the same in accordance with Validation Master Plan. 2. Execution of qualification, Re-qualification and validation of facility and equipments. 3. Execution of re-validation and re-qualification of area and equipment as per the re-validation schedule 4. Updation of qualification/re-validation status 5.Review of Calibration Planner and Calibration reports 6. Review of preventive maintenance planner and checklist 7. Preparation of media fill schedule 8. Execution of media fill study protocol and review of report 9. Self Inspection 10.Issuance of validation protocol and report
